Finally, the most wanted button arrived at Google Mail contacts to detect duplicates, this is just a small feature this will save us a Lot of time.
Some of you ask why duplicates in contacts could ever happen in the first place? the answer is simply it happens.
Contacts collected automatically from emails, phone book sync. or by manual import may result in the same person recorded twice or triple times due to simple variation in first name and middle name initials.
Erasing and merging duplicates manually wasn’t fun at all in fact when I faced it with my own small contact list I gave up and I preferred living with it rather trying to fix it. Read about the "find duplicates" feature

An interesting report last year was on Click (BBC’s technology program) addressed a security flaw in Facebook that could compromise users’ personal information through the use of applications.
At that time BBC’s report simply accused Facebook security team for not doing enough security precautions and investigations against some malicious third parties applications pretend to look like a funny quiz or birthday greeting app but they’re silently collecting users data to do other illegal acts.
But now hackers seems went too far with that and definitely have made their way to facebook databases.

That might be an old fashion hack for some wordpress bloggers but surprisingly I found search result pages showing at least 3.0 Million wordpress blogs suffering this issue.
Going straight to the point, if you are on WordPress you should check your plugins folder security by simply browsing to your-wordpress-blog.com/wp-content/plugins If you get the index of your plugins directory then *congratulations* all your plugins are naked and ready to be downloaded by anyone! Although more than 90% of blogs used free ready-made plugins but some of you might have customized or paid ones that need to be secured.

Doing a simple search you will find some wordpress blogs already fixed their folder but many others with interesting plugins still did not fix it or even still don’t know about it.
